Truly Ruth Consulting’s inception in 2020, during the turbulent times of the COVID-19 pandemic speaks to a powerful combination of faith, resilience, vision, and foresight which mirrors the biblical story of Ruth. In a time when healthcare systems were stretched thin, and uncertainty reigned, Andruette “Kerry” Beckford saw an opportunity to not only respond to immediate challenges but also to build a long-lasting impact on healthcare quality and workforce development.

The fact that she recognized the rising legislative suits and intense scrutiny in healthcare during and after the pandemic, paired with the ongoing challenges faced by frontline healthcare workers, shows a deep understanding of the systemic issues at play. She has served as Director of Nursing in multiple long-term care facilities, as well as in acute care environments. Her extensive and diverse background uniquely positions her to understand the complexities, challenges, and opportunities within today’s evolving healthcare landscape.
